Joe Nardo – President
Joe brings more than sixteen years of experience in, real estate management, operations management, and real estate services to Nardo & Associates. He specializes in project management, process development, and automating operations. Prior to Nardo & Associates Joe worked at Nextel Communications for nine years. During that time Joe held many roles such as, Regional Manager of Support and Logistics and Site Development Support. Joe was directly responsible for supporting the acquisition and construction of more than 2,000 wireless facilities in the New York Area, as well as responsible for all logistics and back office support in the build of more than 4,000 wireless facilities in the Northeast. He managed regional teams responsible for vendor contract management, IT support systems, project management system development, material procurement and logistics, and purchase order requisitioning and receiving.
Through Joe’s experience both as a board member and as a property manager he has a thorough understanding as to the needs of a board and how critical the property manager’s role is in ensuring the success of a property. Your property manager is the most critical vendor you will hire.
Joe holds a Bachelors of Science Degree in Marketing and Business Administration from the University of New Hampshire.

Our property managers, bookkeepers, comptroller, administrative and back office staff each have more than 10 years of experience in the property management field as well as relative experience in areas such as project management, accounting, trade industries, landscaping, contract negotiations and review, construction, and overall team and resource management.
